The Bill of Air Passenger Rights is the right entitled to the passenger if they are bumped off of their designated seats or delayed flights of airlines.
These rules will take effect on Friday, December 21, and passengers buying plane tickets must get “full, fair and clear disclosure of all the terms and conditions” including policies on refunds, rebooking if passengers will have problems with the airlines flight schedule, delayed or cancellation of flights. And if this happens, a formal explanation myst be printed along with the plane ticket of boarding pass and passengers must be informed verbally by the ground crew.
