Here is a video demo on how you can manage air sickness during long or even short flights.

Air sickness is but normal to travellers and most specially to new travellers. And as what we previously discussed, air sickness is not a disease.

USA.Today released this info video with Rolf Potts, a travel author, to give you tips and advises to avoid air sickness.

As what Mr. Potts said, most of passengers experiencing air sickness are claustrophobic. And it is but okay if passengers will ask for some assistance or if possible the crew to be lenient to avoid their motion sickness.
